About Me
Hi, I’m Ka’Necia Harpe, a National Certified Counselor and Associate Professional Counselor (APC) under supervision, working toward full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I bring a warm, authentic, and collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients ages 12 and older to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and self-awareness.
With experience in both school and clinical settings, I understand the unique pressures that adolescents and young adults face—whether it’s managing anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, or finding direction during major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported, seen, and empowered to grow at your own pace.I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients build emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy coping skills. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their experiences, and helping them develop the tools needed to move forward with purpose and peace.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth, I’m here to walk beside you on your journey toward emotional well-being and self-discovery.
