Sarah LeFauve, L.C.S.W.
Sarah LeFauve is a social worker who helps individuals and families make sense of difficult experiences and move forward with greater clarity and direction. She works with clients navigating life transitions, emotional distress, and the impact of past experiences, with an emphasis on understanding patterns that keep people feeling stuck.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Harding University and her Master of Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan University. Her background in community-based services and trauma-informed care informs a practical, grounded approach that balances support with meaningful exploration.
Sarah focuses on building a steady, collaborative relationship where clients can speak openly and feel understood. In session, she helps clients identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and develop more effective ways of responding to stress and emotion. Her work is guided by empathy and respect, with a clear focus on helping clients create lasting, usable change.
Outside of her clinical work, Sarah enjoys traveling, including time spent in South Africa, and is actively involved in her church community, including children’s ministry. She values holistic well-being and the role that faith, connection, and meaningful relationships can play in a person’s life.
