*We have two office suites in close proximity. Please look for your therapist’s name outside of the front door of either office to ensure that you are at the correct location.
Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting, Inc. is conveniently located off exit 13 of GA-400 near The Collection (formerly The Avenue) shopping center on the border of Alpharetta and Cumming.
From the south:
Take GA-400 to Exit 13/GA-141. Turn left at the exit ramp onto 141. Drive past Atlanta Highway (9) and continue until you see Ingles supermarket on your right. Proceed for 1/4 mile then take a right turn onto Parkway North Blvd. Follow the driveway to Creekside Professional Village.
From the north:

*Please note that there are two sides to the buildings within our office park. Please drive to the back side of the building farthest away from Bethelview/141.
